IIFL Foundation, the CSR arm of IIFL Group, a financial services conglomerate, was started in 2015 to contribute to addressing

some of the most pressing problems faced by our country. Be it education program with illiterate girls in Rajasthan or financial

literacy and inclusion for the poor and vulnerable communities in rural areas of eastern India, or work with displaced and affected community after any natural disaster anywhere in India, IIFL Foundation undertakes long term, high impact projects that create

sustainable change and transforms lives. Here is a glimpse of some of our programs.

Education:

Every girl child goes to school

IIFL Foundation’s ‘Sakhiyon Ki Badi’ project in Rajasthan is one of India’s largest girl child literacy initiatives and has so far brought over 36,000 out-of-school girls into the education fold.

Financial Literacy:

Linking banking benefits to small women entrepreneurs

IIFL Foundation runs financial literacy centres for women in eastern Indian states of West Bengal, Assam, Odisha and Tripura to connect them with banks and help benefit from government welfare schemes.

Water Conservation:

For sustainability and livelihood

IIFL Foundation has transformed livelihood ecosystem in multiple locations through its sustained water

conservation projects one of which includes the inspiring recharge of a rivulet after decades.

Health:

Taking health services to the underserved

IIFL Foundation’s ‘Arogya’ initiative is one of India’s largest preventive health initiative for girl children.

The Foundation also supports two large medical camps in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.

ESG Community outreach program

IIFL Milan is focused on environmental, social and corporate governance goals of IIFL Finance and has

touched more than 4 lakh lives till date through programmes related to health, preservation of environment and financial literacy.
